Fresh appearance is what everybody hopes to have. Well, you can certainly achieve that by blushing your cheeks. However, this method does not require blush on to blush your cheeks. Simply massage your cheeks with your hands with a little pressure. Then push it upwards and hold for ten counts. After that, pat the bottom of the cheek ten times.

4. Avoid panda eyes by squinting your eyes while pulling it with your fingers
Panda eyes or eye bags is not uncommon for people who often stay up until late night. Other than making you look like a panda, eye bags makes an unfresh appearance. Eliminating panda eyes is not hard, one way to do it is to pull your squinted eyes with your fingers.
First, place the middle finger and ring finger on the outer corner of the eye. Squint for eyes while lifting the bottom of the eyes slowly. Hold and release. You can do as many as 10 times in a day.

First place your hands on the lower side of your forehead, then push it upwards for five counts before pulling it laterally for ten counts. This practical exercise can make firm up your forehead thus avoiding wrinkles.
6. Try facial gymnastics for chin and neck to make it firmer

Place your finger on the bottom of eyelid, then pull up to touch both sides of the eye (shown on the image). At that position, you can move the eyelid as if you are going to close your eyes. Do it as much as 6 times a day. Then you can relax your eyes by closing it for 10 seconds.

Smile is the most powerful way to bewitch anyone. So, do this exercise to maximize the effect!
The trick is simple, shape your lips to an ‘O’ shape for 5 seconds, then put on a big smile without showing off your teeth for 10 seconds. Then place your finger on the chin, and tilt your head upwards. With this exercise, lips will quickly shape up without much wrinkling.
